User Manual for Enrolment

Welcome to the e-VidyaBharati and e-ArogyaBharati Network Project. This manual shows how to register on the iLearn portal and how to enrol in a programme at a university or higher education institution (HEI).

Step 1: Registration of learners on the iLearn portal

1. On the home page of the iLearn portal (ilearn.gov.in), click Login/Register.
2. On the sign-in page, click Sign Up Now.
3. Enter your e-mail ID and click Send Verification Code.
4. Enter the verification code that was sent to your e-mail. Then enter a New Password, Confirm New Password and a Display Name, and click Create.
5. Enter your details: First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, the country where you live now, and your Learning Centre. Complete the "I'm not a robot" check and click Register.
6. A new user ID is created for your name and e-mail ID.

Step 2: Choose a programme and university

After you have registered and updated your profile on the iLearn portal:

1. Click Explore Programmes to look for programmes by degree type and category.
2. Click Browse more to see more filters: course duration, course exam date, course term and partner institutions.

Step 3: Submit the enrolment form on the university or HEI portal

1. Click the course to select the university and the programme. You are taken to that university's sign-up or registration page. (The manual shows the IGNOU page as an example.)
2. Click Click here for new Registration to sign up. Enter your e-mail ID and the captcha, and click Verify.
3. After verification, click Sign In, enter the details you created in the previous step, and click Login.
4. After you log in, you are taken to the university application form.
5. Fill in all the tabs with the required details and click Submit to complete the enrolment form.

Step 4: Other universities

The same steps can be followed to choose a university and programme in the e-VBAB Network Project. Please follow the same steps for every university or HEI where you want to submit an enrolment form.
