Website Monitoring Plan

1. Purpose

This plan describes how the iLearn portal is checked on a regular basis so that it stays available, secure, accessible, accurate and easy to use.

3. Reporting and action

Findings are recorded in a monthly monitoring report to the Ministry of External Affairs. Faults are fixed in order of seriousness, and serious problems are handled under the Contingency Management Plan.

4. Review

This plan is reviewed at least once a year.
